Lone Protester- An Abuse of Power

It is D-Day +2. Operation Overlord is advancing with all five beachheads at Normandy firmly in Allied hands. 150,000 American, British and Canadian soldiers are ashore with over 6,000 ships offshore and 13,000 aircraft are overhead in support. Allied units are in assembly areas preparing for the assault onto the European mainland. Meanwhile, in England , General George Patton is readying the US Third Army to be the spearhead. In Southern Europe, American forces are entering Rome and in the South Pacific, MacArthur and Nimitz are on the prowl for Japanese forces. The invasion of Saipan is days away and the Marianas Turkey Shoot is occurring in the Philippine Sea with hundreds of Japanese planes shot down and two carriers sunk. We have sustained approximately 30,000 American casualties worldwide so far during that 48 hours.

And 64 years to the day later I am watching an abuse of power by US Homeland Security and the Columbia , SC Police Department. We are outside the Sterling Garden Center in Columbia protesting Senator Lindsey Graham and his liberal policies even though he claims to be a conservative Republican. I watch a man and his wife pull into the parking lot where we are protesting, which is guaranteed under the US Constitution. She sideswipes two American citizens. She gets out of her car along with her husband and she screams out F#%k You! and slams the door of her car right in front of two police officers. She and her husband go inside to support Lindsey Graham. Jim Stachs of Freedom Fighter Radio and Virginia are almost flattened onto the pavement because of this woman’s actions. When they try to press charges against her, an officer from our celebrated Department of Homeland Security refuses to allow the police officers to file a complaint.

The woman is the wife of one of Columbia ’s elite. Her husband is a commissioner at our airport and the license plate reads Airport Commissioner car #3. These police officers, two of Columbia ’s finest, refuse to write up a ticket or take this woman to jail. They threaten us, tell us to back up. They listen to a Homeland Security officer, his last name is Frederick , issue them an unlawful order to not file charges. And they obey him. They do not listen to the two people that were physically hit and verbally assaulted, no, they listen to someone who has no authority. I just wonder what they would have done if I had uttered the words “you cheap bastard”? This is the state of affairs, currently in the USA , 64 years after ten of thousands of Americans have given their lives for this country. A Homeland Security officer has given an illegal order (shades of Nazi Germany) and our law enforcement officials obey without question. To hell with what the citizens want, and demand, and what our laws say, the elites must be obeyed without question, even if it circumvents the US Constitution.

And you wonder why the American people are angry? Our newspapers exist because of the protections under free speech. Yet they condemn us because we protest under that same Constitution. We are guaranteed life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, yet a Homeland Security official has the power to order our police officials to not enforce the law. A woman, who does not like that we are protesting her Senator, screams cursewords at us, hits us with her car, and she is not taken to jail. That is simply an abuse of power, and I invite everyone that reads this letter to call our new Police Chief, our Mayor and our airport and demand that this man be fired because of the actions of his wife. He was beside her, in the car with her and was complicit in her actions. It is called aiding and abetting a crime.

This is the state of affairs in Columbia , SC. If you are part of the elite here, you get a free pass from breaking our laws. If you advocate for illegal aliens and their criminal employers, you get a free pass. On the other hand, if you are like me, Jim Stachs or Virginia, complaints are ignored because you are not one of the elite. They will put me in jail for uttering a curseword but they will ignore the cursewords of a woman because she and her husband are supporting Lindsey Graham. We do not matter because our voices are not loud enough. Because of this man’s job and his position in our community, law enforcement will not take his wife to jail. Because of his position he gets a free pass. His wife gets a free pass. Is this America ? The home of the brave and land of the free? Or is this a police state, where ours laws are enforced when our elites are inconvenienced?

Is it okay for our elites to curse and commit crimes but not the rest of us? Is it okay for Senator Lindsey Graham to advocate for anarchy and amnesty? Is it okay for one of our elites to scream cursewords at us, hit US citizens with her car, with her husbands complicity and not be taken to jail? Is it okay for a Homeland Security officer to order our police to not enforce our laws? Is it okay for those police officer’s superiors to agree with that officers order?

I do not think so. Than man should be fired from his job at our airport. His wife needs to be in jail along with her husband and the two officers that listened to that ignorant Homeland Security officer Frederick. I demand that Mayor Bob Coble and our new police chief fire those people. And Officer Frederick of Homeland Security should be fired also because they are not upholding our laws under the US Constitution. When they support the elites and forget We The People, then this isn’t America anymore. This is a dictatorship, plain and simple. This is a country that is governed by a few jerks, that have forfeited the right of Constitutional law, because they are the ones in power. I do not care that Mayor Bob Coble has been Mayor of Columbia for years or that our new Police Chief has only been in office for a few weeks, I demand that both of you resign because because you are lackeys. You simply enforce laws that you feel comfortable with and not the laws under the US Constitution. You both feel free to select what laws which you will enforce and leave it up to South Carolinians to defend themselves.

You both feel free to enforce the laws against Americans but you feel free to not enforce the laws as enacted under our Constitution! You feel free to not arrest the wife of a Columbia Airport official, who aids and abets her crime, yet you will arrest me who called one of your supporters a cheap bastard! You both advocate for anarchy, yet you have forfeited your rights to hold office. You will enforce some laws but you forfeit your obligation to uphold all laws. Under our Constitution and our state laws.

It is okay for your supporters to break our laws but not your opponents. It is okay for you to advocate for illegal aliens and their employers but not for your opponents to demand that our laws be upheld. It is okay for your supporters to treat the citizens like dirt, but it is not okay for us to protest your insane policies. It is okay for your supporters to curse us and intentionally hit us with their cars because you will give them a free pass.

But I say to you, to hell with your selective enforcement of our laws, to hell with your advocating for hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens, to hell with your advocating with their employers. You are breaking our laws, and you are the Mayor and Police Chief of Columbia , SC ! You are two dirtbags and criminals, pure and simple and you both deserve to be in jail and not representing the citizens of the great state of South Carolina .

And Senator Lindsey Graham, you are a piece of crap. You hide inside that building, see what happens outside and you keep your mouth shut. You are a piece of crap from the word go. You are so worried about keeping your office that you close your eyes to what is happening outside. It is very important for you to stay in office because that is your overriding concern. Nothing matters more to you than holding onto your office and betraying the citizens of

South Carolina. It does not matter to you that two of your citizens was hit by one of your supporters, what matters to you is to remain in office and kiss John McCain’s backside. What matters to you is to stay in office and to continue to call us bigots and to tell us to shut up! You are the epitome of Benedict Arnold, in every form.

Kyle Rogers of the Council of Conservative Citizens has organized a series of protests against Senator Lindsey Graham in the few days leading up to our SC primary on June 10th. Kyle says that Senator Graham almost never makes public appearances in South Carolina because of his fear of being protested. His three main campaign stops are on June 7th, 8th, and 9th. He will appear in Columbia , Mount Pleasant and Greenville .

The activities will start in Columbia on the 7th, this Saturday at 500 pm. Address is the Sterling Garden Center 320 Senate Street, Columbia , SC. (near intersection of Gervais and Huger Streets downtown. And the public is cordially invited. Please show up in force. We want to send the strongest message possible to Senator Graham, the Republican party, and to politicians all over this country that there is a price to pay for not listening to the American people. It is time to step forward and be counted and to do that Kyle Rogers is asking for your participation at this protest.

For the past two years the people of the great state of South Carolina have been screaming that we want our laws enforced and no one has listened to us. Especially Senator Graham. In fact he appeared in front of the racist organization LaRaza and actually labeled the people that put him in office as bigots. He told them that he would tell the bigots to shut up, meaning us. We the People!

Senator Graham has been noticeably absent during our illegal immigration legislation discussion also. While South Carolina suffers from an onslaught of half a million illegal aliens he has been absent! His response was to amnesty 30 million illegal aliens. When the people of South Carolina demanded that he do something, his response was to call us bigots and tell us to shut up!

Is this the man that South Carolina wants to represent our interest in Washington ? Senator Graham is but a pale shadow of Strom Thurmond. That man always had the people of South Carolina on his mind, something that Lindsey forgot the day he arrived in Washington . Senator Graham has betrayed the citizens and has the nerve to ask for our vote so he can continue his same old worn out policies It is time for a change, let us tell Senator Graham that we do not want him to represent us any more. Let us tell him and the world that we want someone with our values to represent us and that betrayal has a price.

Lone Protester- Lindsey Graham Returns to His Roots

The South Carolina State GOP is currently holding its convention in Columbia and Senator Lindsey Graham took time from his busy schedule with John McCain to make an appearance. Without McCain, if you can believe that. According to an article in our local newspaper, our state GOP is very worried that the party has done itself ‘harm’ in recent years. They used the wrong choice of words when they say that, I think, something like ‘almost destroyed the party’ fits a just a little bit better. I mean, what more ‘harm’ can a Republican Senator do that is worse than insulting the people that voted for him? What better way is there to destroy the Republican Party than by turning your back on the people that you are supposed to be representing? What better way to ruin it than by calling the citizens of your state ‘bigots’?

Congressman Mike Pence was the keynote speaker and he said that Republicans need to return to their roots or risk rejection by the voters. Hey Mike, give them until election day in November to think about it. That way they will have a lot of free time to dwell on why the voters tossed their sorry asses out in the street where they belonged all the time. Hell, we have given them since 2006 to get their act together and they still continue to live in their fantasy version of America where they dictate what will be, instead of listening to the people that own this country. Instead of acting like our servants, which they are by the way, they would be our masters.

Now here is my favorite part of the article, Senator Lindsey Graham of the great state of South Carolina gets up. He agrees that the GOP needs to ‘adjust’ their leadership. Do not worry one bit, Lindsey, my backstabbing friend, there is going to be a major readjustment in the leadership of the Republican leadership, come November 2008. It is called election day and at the end of it, most of the dirtbags, hopefully will be readjusted and gone. You know the ones that I am talking about? Senator Graham says ‘the problems that Republicans have suffered have been self-inflicted wounds’. Well, he sure knows what he is talking about here, I mean, what could be more like a self- inflicted wound than telling a racist organization, where he was guest speaker, that he would tell the bigots (us) to shut up. I would say that is a major self-inflicted wound, on the order of a sucking chest wound. How can he tell us to shut up when free speech is guaranteed under the US Constitution, that same document that he swore to when he took office?

I do not know what the Senators answer to that question is, since he doesn’t have time for us common people. I do know that most of my fellow South Carolinians are fed up with him. If he is smart enough to say that the GOP needs to adjust their leadership, then he should be smart enough to realize that he is major part of the problem. With all the rest of the pseudo-conservatives like him. If they want to continue trying a lighter brand of conservatism, let them, let them lead their party down the road to destruction for a few more months. Because, at the end of the trail, they are going to feel our wrath at the voting booth. And when it is over real conservatism is going to be a majority in the GOP because most of the ash and trash will be gone.

And on June 10th, Senator Graham is going to feel the initial wrath of the citizens of this great state. That is our primary date and we are finally going to get our chance to give him our response to his claims of bigotry. He called us bigots, but we just passed some of the most stringent anti-illegal immigration bills in the country. Without his help by the way, because he was too busy working for the other side. And South Carolina is the state he was supposed to be representing. He is too busy these day, representing the interest of LaRaza and John McCain, than to worry about the people of his state. Remember one thing, Lindsey Graham, on June 10th, your ‘bigots’ in South Carolina will be giving you our response.

Up until a couple of years ago I used to have a very positive out look on life. My business was going great, I had just gotten married again and I felt like I could take on the world. There was a huge demand for what I had to offer in the construction industry, hardly any competition at all, and my work schedule was usually full all the time. I can remember waking up at the crack of dawn, laboring until dark and still being very happy when I got home. It was seven days a week of that because my wife was a Filipina from the other side of the world and I knew that it would take a long while for her to get here. So to fill my time I would work, so much of it that I used to dream about it at night. But I was still happy, because this was something I dreamed about my entire life. Have you ever felt this way?

But then, about two years ago, cold, hard reality began to intrude in my perfect world. The face of my industry began to change, day by day. At first I tried to deny it, refused to face it because I had never experienced such changes as I was witnessing. For the last two years I have watched a lot of friends go out of business. It is hard to describe the changes that I have seen in construction to someone that has never worked in that field. I can remember Mayday 2006 so clearly in my mind, as I was installing copper panels on a job in downtown Columbia , SC . I watched 5,000 illegal aliens and their supporters gather and march in my streets, demanding things from America , my country by the way. I was amazed at the gall these people had, the nerve to demand that we cater to their wishes. That we give them amnesty, and the right to any job that they wanted.

That was the day that my positive outlook on life changed for good. That was the day that my dreams died. The day that my hope for a better future for my kids and grandkids died also. That was the day that I realized that our government had failed us, the American People. I woke up to the fact that our politicians did not give a damn about us, the only thing they were interested in was furthering their own political careers and nothing else. That was the day that I found out that most of them were traitors to the citizens of this great country.

But it is our fault. This is our country and we have permitted these purportedly, custodians of our Constitution, too much power. We have allowed them to be in office for so long that they have forgotten about the American People. And in the process they have perverted it. They have tried to make one of the greatest documents in the history of mankind meaningless. The US Constitution, written by Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin and fifty-four others, these idiots today, in Washington would rather flush it down a commode so they can continue their valuable political careers.

So called conservatives like John McCain and Lindsey Graham, instead of abiding by their oaths of office, which is to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, would rather watch this country go down in ruin. They sit idly by while we are invaded by over thirty million people that decided they would rather see what America could give them freely instead of making their own countries better. They get up in front of audiences of organizations like La Raza and actually tell enemies of America that they will shut the bigots up because we are racists. They actually have the nerve to call American citizens racists and bigots to people that advocate the breaking of our laws. And there are many politicians out there like them, they are in every state. They advocate anarchy and no enforcement of our laws.

And what are we supposed to do? The people in construction, are we supposed to just happily give up our jobs and careers and businesses, just because we do not want Lindsey Graham to label us as a bigot. Are we supposed to give up our livelihoods to criminals that do not even belong in this country because we do not want to be labeled by John McCain as a racist? Do we just give up everything to criminal companies that employ illegal alien invaders because they only want the American dream? Am I supposed to just shut up about being run out of business, take my licks and go quietly into the night? By criminals?

There is no way in hell I will do that. There is no way in hell that I will listen to Lindsey Graham, John McCain and their ilk. These people, idiots, have lost their way. They have forgotten what it is to be an American. Their lives, since they entered the political arena have been like fairy tales. They are so far insulated from American society that they do not have a clue. They listen to their aides and lobbyists and have completely lost sight of why the American people elected them. They respond to our cries of anger and rage by attempting to console the ones that have invaded us. They call us racists and bigots and in the same breath welcome our replacements in the workplace with open arms. They try to shut us up and then give millions of our dollars to La Raza.

Listen to me, America , it is up to us to solve the problems that we have created. We should not leave that problem to our sons and daughters. It is up to us to fix it. We are the ones responsible for the thirty million illegal aliens in this country, the companies employing them and the politicians that refuse to listen to us. We elected those useless bastards. We give them lifetime tenure as Senators and Congressmen and we refuse to confront them when they forget us. We are scared to confront them because they have the nerve to call us racists and bigots. We are scared to say anything because they are powerful politicians and they might attempt to slam us. We are the little people, in their eyes, therefore we do not know what is best for us.

They portray themselves as our saviors and in the next breath they stab us in the back. They are in the process of bringing this country to it’s knees but do not give a damn because it is their political careers that matter to them, not us. Lindsey Graham says to re-elect him because he has small town values, being raised in Seneca , SC. Every time that I hear that commercial I want to throw up because I know for a fact that he is too worried about being John McCain’s shadow instead of the people of South Carolina. His state has a half million illegal alien invaders and his response, to La Raza is to call us bigots. Instead of telling South Carolina he will fix the problem he tells us to shut up. Instead of abiding by his oath, he would rather betray us because he might stay I office that way. That is what matters to him.

It is up to us to fix our problems because we are the ones that allowed them to happen. We absolutely cannot put off our problems for our kids to solve because we are responsible for them in the first place. It is our mess to fix. And we can start, in June, by replacing the worst Republican Senator ever elected. Namely Lindsey Graham. A man that is but a pale shadow of the Senator that he replaced. A man more interested in his political career that he is the people of the great state of South Carolina. We must fix this problem because the people of this state deserve more that Graham has to offer. The citizens of this great state deserve their hopes and dreams and not he hopes and dreams of useless politicians.

"A Message to Mexico and Central America:"


I do not know if you fellows down south have realized it yet, but the gravy train is almost over with in America . Banks, businesses, and other concerns in this country are in the process of going bankrupt and our dollar is continuing to crash but you are still sending your countrymen here to make your lives better. They are coming to something that is almost broken. They are coming here in the hopes that they will get jobs but America is starting to bleed out of its pores because it cannot take any more. We are starting to realize that we have to worry about our own people first. We are starting to realize that we cannot take any more of your illegal citizens.

America is starting to wake up to what is happening in our country. America is being destroyed by millions of people wanting to come here to better their own lives. What you do not realize is that there is a limit. We have permitted almost 38 million of your citizens to come here illegally. And they have commenced to wreaking havoc on a lot of American lives in the process.

We have permitted your citizens to take over 3/4ths of the American construction. We have permitted your citizens, illegally by the way, to take over a lot of our industries. You have taken over our beef, pork, chicken and farm industries and one hell of a lot of others.

And the excuse that you have is it is to make your own lives better. But you have done this at the expense of millions of American lives. And we are waking up to the threat that you have given us. Because of your refusal to fix the problems in your own countries, America has to face them. We have to face the problem of jobs for your countrymen because you and your own countries refuse. Why is that? Why should they leave their countries to come here? Because most of you are gutless in fixing your own countries problems. Instead of getting rid of the useless politicians and dictators that run your countries you elect to send your loved ones to America to make your lives better.

Like Mexico. Sixty per cent of the illegal alien invaders in America are from Mexico . But Mexico does not give a damn about her people, because if she did, then 60% of the illegal alien invaders in America would not be here. Instead, we have her president, Calderon, and past president, Fox, here in New Orleans advocating on his people’s behalf for amnesty for his citizens. Instead of creating jobs and making lives better in Mexico, he is here, in America, complaining about needing more jobs for his citizens.

What you do not realize is that American citizens are completely fed up. Our politicians might appear to be welcoming you with open arms, but the American people are starting to become damned angry.

Our politicians have so messed up in this country that the citizens are almost to the point of rebelling. And our politicians do not listen to us. Instead, they listen to the special interest groups. Instead of listening to the citizens, they listen to groups that provide them with money to run their re-election campaigns.

Instead of listening to hundreds of millions of American citizens they listen to the chambers of commerce. Whenever they hear from us citizens, they call us "bigots" and "racists" trying to shut us up.

But we will not be quiet. This is our country. Most of our politicians might have forgotten about us, the American people, but we are still here--and we are damned angry!

We are angry at you, because, instead of making your own countries better, you have elected to send your countrymen to our nation, in the hopes that they will make your own personal lives better. Instead of getting rid of the useless people running your own countries, you elect to send your relatives to our country to make your own lives better.

But one thing that you need to realize, my country, AMERICA, is starting to hurt because of all our misguided policies and whatever else. But the number one thing that you need to realize is that the AMERICAN people are starting to get damned angry. Angry at our politicians, and angry at you for contributing to our problems. And we are going to start rising up. We are completely fed up!

And, yes, I am angry! Every last American that I know is angry at you and your countrymen that are here in contravention of our laws. And we are damned tired of it!

Instead of sending your family here, fix your own problems!

Instead of emptying your towns and cities of all your males, fix your own damn countries. Make them places that you are proud of instead of ashamed of.

Mexico has been a country twice as long as America has. Mexico has the fifth largest economy in the world so why should her number one export be people to America?

Just remember one last thing, the American people are completely fed up with taking on the problems of your countries, the problems that you are too scared to deal with. So square your own problems away, because America has it’s own problems to deal with--thanks to you!

So please, march in our streets on Mayday, May 1st, 2008!

I received an email today from someone that lives in Greenville , SC. When I got home from work and read it I started getting angry all over again. It just confirms my belief that our legal system and politicians do not care in the least about the citizens of this state. Except, of course, when it nears election time. Read the email:

Just got back from Greenville City Court and testifying against the invader who rammed my car and sped off (to his home, a mere block away - such is the well informed assurance among illegals that they're above the law here). Here is my report on that experience:

Sat through innumerable other cases first. They were an eye opener, largely consisting of Americans charged with heinous crimes like making right turns at stop signs without coming to complete stops (causing no collisions).

In exchange for pleading guilty to these veritably felonious charges, these Americans received "reduced" fines of $50 "plus costs." These costs were spelled out in only one case, where it sounded like they came to something like $272. These Americans also were assessed 4 costly (in terms of forever raised insurance premiums) points on their driving records, point which they were generously allowed to erase if they went to drivers' classes at the local community college.

The one notable break in the monotony of this involved a gentleman who somehow was driving (and causing accidents) on South Carolina roads without speaking a word of English. It was noted he had no license or insurance, and he was no doubt an uninvited guest in our country. He also pled guilty. Apparently, for the additional violations of breaking and entering America , and driving without a license or insurance, his fine was an astronomical $70.

That's it - an additional $20 for those apparently trivial offenses. Except not really. I don't recall the judge saying anything in his case about "costs," meaning being an illegal alien appears to have saved him around $252.

As to my case, the perpetrator similarly had no license or insurance, and likewise spoke no English. But he wasn't charged for driving without a license or driving without insurance - two serious crimes in South Carolina (and elsewhere), I'm told. Nor was his obviously illicit immigration status of any concern.

Nope, the only charge was hit-and-run. And the penalty? How much jail time? Er, nada. Fine? A whopping $100. (¡Caramba!) The lack of so much as a charge (or even the slightest admonition) for lacking a license or insurance (offenses some of the American defendants had paid dearly for) made it clear this hombre (as well as the preivous invader) could go on driving illegally and wreaking havoc to his heart's content.

I realized the investigating officer had not been kidding when, at the scene of the crime, she'd commented that if the perp was illegal there wasn't much the police could do. Invaders are literally above the law in just about every sense of the word in America .

I was told I was welcome to take the nice chap to small claims court to collect for my car repair damages. On the way to pick up the forms for this, I noticed the "no parking" signs on the streets. The fines were $500.

I was informed that it would cost me $80 to file a small claim. That's $20 less than the sum total my amigo was fined for invading the country, driving without a license or insurance, wrecking my car, and blithely driving away. And $10 less than the other invader had been asked to pay.

It gets even better. I told the clerk at the small claims window that the muchacho had been found guilty, and asked what the chances were I could win a judgment with my $80 investment. She said it was about 50-50.

I later talked to a friend who'd been through the process, and he told me that even if I won, if the guilty party simply refused to pay, there was no further recourse (shades of OJ 10 years after the $6,000,000.00 wrongful death judgment, of which he's paid not a penny). Nice to know our civil assessments have been reduced to the (dis)honor system.

So here I am with a side of my car smashed in by a felonious invader, and so little prospect of justice that it would seem ludicrous to even think of shelling out that $80. Anybody wanna buy a bucket of bolts for 50 bucks?

This is how ridiculous the criminal justice system is in South Carolina when it comes to the subject of illegal aliens. Our politicians, our judges and all the rest of our leaders might pay lip service at times, but when it comes time to put your money where your mouth is, they are all sadly lacking when it comes to something so simple as enforcing the laws that they swore to uphold. The person in this email is caught between a rock and a hard place. Because of our leaders failure he is more than likely going to have to pay to get his own vehicle repaired. He is lucky, strangely enough, at least in my point of view, because he doesn’t say if he is in the construction industry like I am. And that he lived through it.

But his story sure brings back memories of my six times in court. In my experience, our vaunted justice system made darn sure that there were no illegal aliens in the courtroom when I was there for any crimes that they committed. But during breaks I always looked in the courtroom next door to mine. There were always what I suspected to be illegal aliens. But not in the courtroom where I was because of the sensitivity of my case.

My judge and prosecutor had to give the appearance of evenhandedness in my case, even though they always went out of their way to make sure there were no illegal aliens in the room. All six times. For those of you that might be wondering about my case, it was held in traffic court. The same court where you go when you are in a traffic accident, like the person in the above email. I elected to be tried by a jury of my peers, American citizens, by the way, who found me innocent. But this guy does not have that recourse, because of a bunch of spineless cowards, he is going to have to pay to get his own vehicle fixed.

My judge stated, right off, that my case had nothing to do with illegal immigration, when everything about it reeked of being run out of business by companies employing illegal aliens. There I was , protesting being bankrupted, carrying a sign that said” Illegals, Stop Stealing Our Jobs”, and the judge says that my case has nothing to do with illegal immigration. LOL. Every time that my prosecutor mentioned the word illegal alien the judge shut him up quick. You may not believe it but I actually started laughing at that prosecutor, because the judge made him throw in the towel.

I watched my prosecutor, Overture Walker, throw up his hands, like he was giving up. And he was. From that point on I knew I was going to win my case. And I won it because they were too worried about being politically correct than doing their jobs. Even though I admitted on the witness stand that I had called someone a cheap bastard, what I was charged with by the way, the jury still found me innocent because they were not politically correct. They saw through the smoke and mirrors and the bullcrap.

Even though I won my case, it doesn’t mean anything because South Carolina is still a sanctuary state for illegal aliens. Every day when I go to work, or look for work, illegal aliens are in every sub-division I travel through. Every day I am forced to compete with criminal companies employing illegal aliens. It is a fact of life in the construction industry in South Carolina . I watch police officers drive through the streets, trying to give everyone the impression that they are there for enforcing our laws and drive right by a job where 16 illegal aliens are hard at work. And I laugh.

I remember a time when I was proud to be an American. I remember a time when ignorance was considered no excuse under the eyes of the law. I remember a time when the truth actually meant something. I remember a time when I used to wake up, ready to take on the world, come hell or high water.

But no more. Political correctness has destroyed it. Anymore, I read sob stories about illegal aliens, never mind that they are criminals. I read stories about how hard that they have it here, never mind that they elected to break our laws to come here. Never mind that they have to live in the shadows.

The lessons I have learned from our media, is that we must always worry about our criminal illegal invaders and never about ourselves, our communities and out country. We must help them to put us out of business, because it is the almighty dollar that rules. The citizens do not matter because it is the businesses that employ all the illegal aliens that give most of the money to our politicians re election campaigns.

That is what matters to people like Senator Jim Ritchie of South Carolina . Senator Ritchie was one of the hosts of all the illegal immigration forums that have been held around South Carolina the last few months. These forums, of which I attended two, were held to give the citizens their say on the impact of illegal immigration on the state of South Carolina. Of the two that I attended Senator Ritchie gave everyone the impression that he was working for their benefit. But now, after hearing what the people of South Carolina said, he has decided that he will listen to our Chamber of Commerce--to the detriment of the citizens of this great state.

People like the person in the email above, and myself. We do not matter in the greater scheme of things. We do not matter because we are just normal people. We do not matter because we do not contribute to these politicians’ elections. We do not matter because we are powerless, because the same exact ones that should be there to defend us have deserted us and are working for the other side.

I could go on and on here but it is time to hear the sob stories of the illegal aliens again. It is time to hear the stories of the people that have opted to break our laws. It is time the hear the stories of the people that support them. It is time again, to listen to my number one Senator, Lindsey Graham to call me a racist and a bigot. I just consider myself an American and a patriot.
