WE the CITIZENS of the United States of America, having suffered untold hundreds of thousands of cases of injury and death
by accident, disease, assaults, and murder at the hands of those who should not be here, hold the individuals who constitute
the three branches of the Federal Government guilty of Negligent Homicide and otherwise guilty and responsible for the crimes
committed and the other ill effects borne against us by the invaders and colonizers passively allowed across our borders into
the States of the Union by non-enforcement of the Law of the Land:
1. The Federal Government successfully defends the borders and spends billions of dollars in the defense of foreign countries
such as South Korea, Germany, and Japan. In addition, it spends billions upon billions of dollars in the attempt to secure
the borders of other countries where war now wages but CONTINUES to allow our own borders to be subject to invasion by illegal
aliens among whom have been enemy agents who have wreaked havoc and killed thousands of Americans in the recent past.
2. The Federal Government goes to great extremes to destroy home-grown terrorist organizations yet allows those who come
here illegally, who do not have the rights of CITIZENS, to incite rebellion and other criminal behavior and to clog our streets
and highways with their protesters.
3. The Federal Government has declared a "War on Drugs" yet allows our porous borders to be routinely infiltrated
by those bringing in deadly drugs like crack cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine.
4. The Federal Government spends billions each year with its various agencies to fight crime yet allows serial and mass
murderers, rapists, child molesters, drug dealers, gang members, and terrorists to cross the border unchecked so that they
may prey upon CITIZENS at will. The illegal aliens who do not disappear using their fraudulent identifications swell our
prisons at an alarming rate.
5. The Federal Government extorts billions of dollars from the taxpayers for the upkeep and safety of our interstate
highway infrastructure yet, through its negligence, has allowed illegal aliens with no insurance, little driving skill nor
experience, and, in many cases, with no driver's licenses, to take to the road, maiming and killing our CITIZENS and increasing
the insurance rates for everyone.
6. The Federal Government employs the Internal Revenue Service to routinely and in violation of our basic God-given rights
to seize our property without due process and otherwise intimidate CITIZENS, reducing us to tax-slaves, yet turns a blind
eye to the cases of fraud and other non-compliance with tax laws by those who are here illegally.
7. The Federal Government holds CITIZENS to very high standards of conduct and enforces compliance with all laws, yet
routinely ignores the enforcement of those laws when each applicant and his employer are guilty of multiple felonies and misdemeanors
in the process of employing illegal aliens. Furthermore, any granting of amnesty or work visas will be rewarding the criminal
behavior of illegal alien invaders. The recent vote by the traitors in the U.S. Senate to ignore the felonious acts of illegal
aliens' use of false identification and fraudulent documents is an insult to every CITIZEN who endeavors to follow the Law
of the Land.
8. The Federal Government consumes large amounts of our tax money in the pursuit of public health yet allows our porous
borders to be routinely crossed by those who have not been screened for deadly diseases such as tuberculosis, hepatitis, venereal
diseases, AIDS, and other widespread contagions that occur in the third world population with little or no public health services.
Those most affected by these disease are those most vulnerable in our society: the very young and the very old. The Federal
government, through its negligence has handed out thousands of death sentences to American CITIZENS.
9. The Federal Government each year spends billions on medical care for the poor and elderly yet allows non-paying
illegal aliens to bankrupt hospitals, forcing the closure of many which, in turn, greatly endangers the health and lives of
CITIZENS by decreasing the availability of health care in many neighborhoods and increasing the cost of medical services
and insurance rates where that care is still available.
10. The Federal Government has instituted drastic, unconstitutional laws in the name of defending our environment yet
allows illegal aliens to swell our population at a rate faster than the growth of China which causes our cities to grow at
an unprecedented rate devouring farmlands and further polluting our rivers and streams.
11. The Federal Government decries discrimination yet allows illegal aliens to compete unfairly at all levels for the
jobs of citizens in the workplace. Officials, including the President, declare that the illegal aliens are "doing
the work Americans won't do" indicating the government's apparent belief in the illegal aliens' underclass status and
their inability to better themselves. They thereby demonstrate their desire for a permanent underclass of servile people,
the presence of which undermines the American tradition of resisting tyranny.
12. The Federal Government cites the law of supply and demand whenever there are sudden and drastic increases in the
prices of basic necessities such as fuel and food yet floods the labor market with cheap foreign labor. The same law of supply
and demand would, in a labor shortage, yield higher wages, better working conditions, increases in automation and technology,
and increased benefits for those at the lowest end of the economic ladder who need them most of all.
13. The Federal Government requires that businesses pay taxes and otherwise provide for the benefits of employees yet,
by allowing illegal aliens into this country, forces working men and women, through their taxes and through their additional
sufferance of a multitude of detriments to their quality of life (such as increased crime and disease, crowded schools, and
other factors listed in this declaration) to SUBSIDIZE large and small businesses and corporations who illegally hire illegal
aliens. The Federal Government has brought a new slavery and unfair competition into this country and we CITIZENS all suffer
for it.
14. The Federal Government tells us that the illegal aliens are good for our economy. Contrary to their declarations,
we do not serve the economy--the economy serves us. Citizens suffer the consequences of massive numbers of unchecked, illegal
aliens so that businesses can reap huge profits at the expense of working CITIZENS' jobs and taxes. Illegal aliens have been
shown to be a net drain on our economy of nearly $100,000 for each of the twenty to thirty million of them. In addition,
they send tens of billions of dollars out of our economy to their real homes each year. This cannot be good for the economy
or our culture and is in direct violation of the Law of the Land.
15. The Federal Government spends billions in taxpayer dollars every year for education, some of which is used to teach
the English language yet the children of our CITIZENS who need help in developing language skills cannot benefit when the
money must go to teaching classes in foreign languages to the children of non-assimilated illegal aliens. Furthermore, CITIZENS
are being discriminated against when being evaluated for hiring by potential employers due to their inability to speak Spanish
despite English being the only traditional, common language of the United States.
16. The Federal Government introduces such draconian educational programs as "No Child Left Behind" yet allows
the importation of workers with high educational backgrounds to displace or replace American CITIZENS in high paying jobs
requiring highly technical training. These same imported workers bring their children who do not understand our language
and customs which causes further distractions upon the learning of the CITIZENS and their children as well as threats to their
health from disease.
17. The Federal Government's representatives have called repeatedly for fiscal responsibility and smaller central government
but have left the impossible financial burdens imposed by the mass migration of illegal aliens to the local cities and states
to shoulder. Their economies are failing because of this.
18. The U.S. Constitution authorizes Congress to "establish an uniform rule of naturalization" which precludes
the legal possibility of their granting amnesty to any group of illegal aliens for any reason. The president only has the
"power to grant reprieves and pardons for offences against the United States" yet he can perform no such deed when
there is no legal status of conviction and the individuals who would have to be named continue to exist in a state of illegality
according to the Law of the Land.
WE the CITIZENS who elected you, DEMAND that the laws be changed or, if already on the books, enforced, so that there
will be military force used to achieve completely secure borders; so that there will be an end to ALL immigration; a stop
to ALL visas; and a stop to the importation of ALL foreign workers, in both high and low technology jobs, until this emergency,
this disaster of monumental proportions, is brought under control.
Mass deportations are PREFERRED to most immediately end the problem. However, short of that step, simply ENFORCING EXISTING
LAWS against employers, government agencies and others so that jobs and social benefits disappear for those who are here illegally
will accomplish the task. Without the incentives to stay here, through the process of attrition, illegal aliens will have
to return to their homes and, we pray, make those countries better places to live through the process of revolution as we
utilized here over 200 years ago.
WE the CITIZENS call for a WAR ON ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION by the Federal Government in order that our lives and the lives
of our loved ones, our quality of life, and our livelihoods will be protected as they should be by the Federal Government
properly performing its most basic duty: defending OUR borders and expelling the invaders.
